tool=le8: any of diet_mepa_score, pa_minutes_week, nicotine, secondhand, sleep_hours, bmi, non_hdl_mgdl, lipid_meds, fasting_glucose_mgdl or hba1c_pct with diabetes, sbp with dbp and bp_meds. Omitted secondhand, lipid_meds or bp_meds flags apply no deduction. Returns per-metric points and the table row used; composite only when all 8 metrics are given.
tool=list: tools, parameters and citations. Errors: 400 invalid or missing parameter, 405 non-GET. Every response includes disclaimer and citation.
